Atty. Jan Ralph Y. Perez is a CPA-Lawyer who has been employed with various entities prior to joining the firm. He has worked for an auditing firm, a bank, a printing company, and has taught taxation and accounting for the University of San Carlos. While studying law, Atty. Perez worked as a legal apprentice to Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan, the country’s largest law firm. Subsequent to passing the bar, he immediately joined the law firm of Palma Ybañez & Teleron, where he worked as an associate lawyer assigned to litigation, corporate law and special projects. Atty. Perez is likewise the vice-president of Thrustpoint Consulting, an outsourced accounting and management consultancy firm, and is the VP-Administration of Altair Solutions & Concepts Integrated, Inc., a software development corporation based in Cebu City.
Atty. Perez handles both litigation and corporate projects for the firm. He is assigned to civil, criminal and labor litigation, and at the same time specializes in corporate matters pertaining to taxation and information technology (I.T.) law.
An avid photography enthusiast and prolific writer, Atty. Perez maintains a photoblog where he displays his street photographs and writes about the life and times of a practicing lawyer.
